How to measure heart rate?

Once the strap is worn, it will continuously measure your heart rate throughout the day. You can view the heart rate curve in Zepp > Home > Heart Health >Heart Health> Heart Rate.

To ensure the accuracy of the measurement, please wear the strap correctly according to the wearing instructions, keep the wearing area clean and avoid applying sunscreen.
