How do I use the Workout detection function?

1) The workout detection function is turned off by default. You can turn it on in Zepp App > Device > Amazfit Helio Strap > Workout Dection.

2) The “sensitivity” is set to “standard” by default. The higher the sensitivity, the faster the start and end of the Activities are detected.
