Is there another cell phone nearby that has been connected to the device before?

If you have connected to another Android phone before, please turn off the Bluetooth of that phone first, and then retry with your current phone.

If you have previously connected to another iPhone, please unpair the device in the Bluetooth settings page of the phone, and then retry with your current phone.

Ensure that the ring is always on the charging cradle during the binding process

Keep the ring on the charging cradle at all times during the binding process, otherwise the binding may fail.

Try to restart Bluetooth

If the ring is charged and still cannot be searched when the phone is close to it, you can try to restart the Bluetooth of your cell phone.

Try restarting your phone

If restarting Bluetooth does not work, please try restarting your phone.
