iOS

  • Unpair the ring from another phone

If you have ever paired with another phone, disable the Bluetooth of that phone first, and then try again with this phone.

  • Keep the ring connected to your phone

Enable the phone's system functions such as location service, location permission, and Bluetooth permission. The actual settings may vary according to the ROM of the phone. For Android 12 and earlier versions: Enable the phone's location service and location permission. To complete the settings, go to Settings > Security & Privacy > Location Service. Settings > App Settings > Authorization Management > App Permission Management > Zepp > Settings > Always Allow. For Android 12 and later versions: Re-assign "Bluetooth Permission" on the system permission management page. To complete the settings, go to Settings > Privacy > License Manager > Zepp > Nearby Devices > Allow.

  • Try to restart the Bluetooth of the phone

Disable and enable Bluetooth on the phone. If the connection still fails, restart the phone.

  • Keep Zepp App running in the background

Auto-start management: Open Settings, go to Applications and Permission, select Zepp, and turn on the switch on the right.

Battery management: Open Settings, go to Battery > High Power Consumption Background Apps. Select Zepp and turn on the switch on the right.

Android
