How do I check my readiness score?

• Readiness monitoring is supported by the ring's default settings, and adjusting the health settings may result in Readiness not being monitored. You can check the Readiness page of the app to see the monitoring functions that need to be turned on and turn them on quickly.
• Wearing the ring throughout the day generates a readiness score at the end of the night's sleep.
• In addition to the score, Readiness will also give the analysis and interpretation written by experts and the detailed data of each sub-item status. Let you clearly understand the main reasons that affect your readiness today, the measures to deal with this state, and the suggestions for work and rest, for your reference to adjust the arrangement of the next day.
