How do I check my BioCharge score?

1) Go to App List > BioCharge, enable all the feature to measure your health data.

2) You will receive your BioCharge score every morning, after wearing watch for whole day and night.

3) In addition to the score, BioCharge will also give the analysis and interpretation written by experts and the detailed data of each sub-item status. Let you clearly understand the main reasons that affect your readiness today, the measures to deal with this state, and the suggestions for work and rest, for your reference to adjust the arrangement of the next day.
