Your issue could be a result of the following:
Check distance: Make sure the Amazfit Arc device is very close to your phone and try checking your stats again.
Check wrist placement: Be sure your tracker is securely placed on your wrist. The device is equipped with sensors so be sure it is touching directly on skin’s surface. Try checking your stats again.
Check battery level: If you cannot connect, make sure your tracker is fully charged. Connect your tracker to the charger for 20 minutes, remove from the charger and try connecting again.
How to charge your Amazfit Arc:
- Match the two leads on the back of device with the two prongs on the charger. Battery icon will appear and start blinking on screen. Icon will stop blinking when fully charged.
Check if device is paired: Confirm device is paired to mobile phone.
- Go to phone’s Bluetooth settings and check to see if bluetooth is enabled. If turned off, enable Bluetooth.
- Check to see if Amazfit Arc appears under list of paired devices.
- To pair, tap on Amazfit Arc under list of available devices.
Restart Application: Force close the Amazfit app, reopen the app and try pairing again.
To close the Amazfit application:
iOS
- Double-click the Home button to see your most recently used apps.
- Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
- Swipe up to close.
- Restart app and try connecting again.
Android
- Open the Applications tray and tap the Settings icon. Then locate and tap Applications.
- Tap Manage Applications. In the list of running applications, select the application and tap Force Stop.
- Restart app and try connecting again.
Un-pair from the other phones: If you have ever activated phone call notifications in the Amazfit app on another phone, go to that phone's Bluetooth setting and remove the Amazfit Arc. To do so, tap on the i icon next to the Amazfit Arc and tap Forget this device. Re-open app and try connecting again.
Uninstall/Install mobile application:
iOS
- Hold down the app's icon for couple of seconds (hold until the icons start to wiggle).
- Tap the x in the top left corner of the app icon
- Tap delete
- Launch the App Store app
- Search and install the Amazfit - Activity Tracker
- Relaunch app again
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the Menu --> My apps and games
- Tap the Amazfit application, then select Uninstall
- Return to the Google Play Store app and install Amazfit - Activity Tracker
- Relaunch app again
