For iOS:
- Tap the three bar horizontal icon in the upper left hand corner of the home screen.
- Select Settings.
- Select 'Daily Goals' and scroll up or down to your desired step goal.
- Tap on arrow button in the upper left hand corner of the screen to set the new goal.
For Android:
- Tap the user icon in the upper left hand corner of the home screen.
- Select My Goal.
- To update steps, tap on 'Steps,' scroll up or down to your desired step goal, and hit 'Confirm.'
- To update calories, tap on 'Burn,' scroll up or down to your desired calorie count, and hit 'Confirm.'
- Please note, the calorie goal feature is available through the Android app only.
