Could you please go to Amazfit app--Profile and check if you can find Amazfit Verge Lite under My devices？If yes, please click on Amazfit Verge Lite and swipe up till you see Unpair button to unpair the band.
After that, please attempt the following procedures step by step:
1. iOS: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove all the devices. To do so, tap on the icon and tap Forget all the devices.
Android: Go to phone Bluetooth settings to clear Bluetooth data
2. Toggle Bluetooth OFF
3. Reboot your phone
4. Toggle Bluetooth ON
5. Log out and then re-log in the app
6. Try pairing again
