Cannot pair/general inquiry
When your Verge shows pairing code, please swipe down from the top screen of your phone to check if you receive a message to let you confirm for Bluetooth connection. The message is shown very briefly and it disappears very soon. But you can find it in the top tray area. After confirmation the device and the watch can be connected immediately.
1. iOS: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove all the devices. To do so, tap on the i icon and tap Forget all the devices.
Android: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting to unpair all the devices. To do so, tap on the gear icon and tap Unpair all the devices.
2. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON.
3. Reboot the watch and phone.
4. Log out and then re-open Amazfit App and try connecting again.
