Can I pair more than one watch in one account?

Yes, you can pair your Cor with an account that already paired with Pace and Stratos.  But you can’t connect them at the same time. One of them can be an active device and connected with your mobile phone and the other one will disconnect.

And if you have paired multiple bands/watches, only 1 device would be available to record data and receive notificatons.
