Cannot log in
There are six methods to select when log in to Amazfit App.
If you can’t log into your account, please check the following:
a) Check if you enter correct user account and password.
b) Switch the network from WIFI to 3G/4G;
c) Clear Bluetooth Share and app cache/data
d) Reboot your phone
1) If you can log in successfully with one of these methods, please submit a feedback.
2) If none of these are available, please log in to your Mi Account and click Feedback to submit it. And please provide us the exact time the issue happened and also the account that you can not log in to helps us locate the issue.
