Continuous Heart Rate

Open Zepp App and tap on“Profile” in the lower right-hand corner. 

Tap on My devices-- Amazfit Bip Lite 

Tap on heart rate detection, then you can turn on the automactic heart rate detection

Note: Turning on the continuous heart rate detection will reduce the battery life.
