Workout analysis indicators includes training load, training effect, full recovery time, VO₂ Max(maximum oxygen uptake) and real-time performance.
When you save the workout record at the end of the exercise, you can see the training effect, training load, VO₂ Max and real-timperformance chart; you can also enter the workout status app or the corresponding shortcut card at any time to view the training load and full recovery time and VO₂ Max.
Note 1: Sports analysis is based on heart rate data, and sports without heart rate data cannot be analyzed.
Note 2: VO₂ Max is only supported by Outdoor running and Trail running. To obtain VO₂ Max, it is recommended to enter accurate personal information in the App, and wear the watch for at least 10 minutes of outdoor running, and the heart rate value reaches 75% of the maximum heart rate .
Note 3: The real-time performance is only effective in Outdoor running and Trakc run, and the toggle needs to be turned on in Outdoor running/Track run > Settings > More.
