How do I enable Stand Reminders?

With Stand Reminders enabled, if no activity is detected for more than one minute during the first 50 minutes of an hour while you are wearing the watch, the watch will remind you to do some exercise.

Keep the watch connected to your mobile phone, open the Zepp app, go to Profile > Amazfit T-Rex 3 > Notification and Reminders, and enable Stand Reminders.
