For people whose primary sleep occurs during the day, the sleep schedule can be adjusted to the daytime period in which the sleep occurs. The device will detect sleep based on the sleep schedule of that day. If no settings are made, the device will still detect the sleep as naps.
How to set a sleep schedule: Open the Sleep app, swipe down to the last page, go to sleep settings, and tap Sleep Schedule to complete settings. When the phone and watch are connected, you can also open the Zepp app, tap the upper right corner, and tap Sleep > Sleep Regularity > Sleep Schedule to complete settings.
