1) You have three activity goals to achieve per day. Check your current activity goals at Activity > More > Settings > Goal Settings in the watch, and modify the activity goals to steps or calories burned, view the three activity goal values (Steps or Calories, Fat -Burn Time, Standing), and modify the goal values as needed.
2) When you wear the watch, it automatically records your steps, calories burnt, standing events, and running/walking distance. When you enable automatic heart rate measurement or start workout mode before working out, the heart rate data generated will be used to calculate fat-burning minutes.
3) You can turn on the progress notification at Activity > More > Settings > Progress Reminder in the watch, the watch will notify you according to the progress of your activity goals and remind you of the previous week's activity achievement every Monday. You can click to view the weekly report in Weekly Report Notification or view it at Activity > More > Weekly Report.
4) The watch will vibrate to remind you when you reach an activity goal on one day.
