How do I achieve activity goals?

1) You will have three activity goals to achieve per day. You can go to Activity > More > Settings > Goal Settings in the watch to choose the main activity metric as either steps or calories burnt. You can view the values for the three activity goals (steps or calories burnt, fat-burning minutes, and standing events) and modify them as needed.

2) When you wear the watch, it automatically records your steps, calories burnt, standing events, and running/walking distance. When you enable automatic heart rate measurement or enable workout mode before working out, the heart rate data generated will be used to calculate fat-burning minutes.

3) You can enable progress reminders in Activity > More > Settings in the watch. The watch will provide progress reminders based on your activity goals and remind you of the previous week's activity achievements every Monday. You can click on the weekly report in the notification or check it in Activity > More > Activity Weekly Report in the watch.

4) Whenever you reach an activity goal for the day, the watch will vibrate to remind you.
