How do I achieve activity goals?

1) You have three activity goals to achieve per day. Check your current activity goals at Profile > More > My Goals in the Zepp app, or go to the app list and tap Activity app > Settings on the band to modify the activity goals to steps or calories burnt as needed.

2) When you wear the band, it automatically records your steps, calories burnt, standing events, and distance. When you enable automatic heart rate measurement or enable workout mode before working out, the heart rate data generated will be used to calculate fat-burning minutes.

3) Whenever you reach an activity goal for the day, the band will vibrate to remind you.
