No incoming call alert
A. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile device.
B. Check if you enable Silent mode on the watch. Please disable it if enabled.
C. Make sure your phone notification bar is functioning.
D. For Android mobile device, please enable auto-start and lock Amazfit App in the "recent Apps"/ "App overview" plane.
E. Open Amazfit app--tap on Profile--My devices/Amazfit Pace--More--Test notification--Incoming call to check if your watch vibrates when you receive a phone call.
If it vibrates, please submit feedback and report error. If it can’t vibrate, please contact customer service.
