“AGPS has expired” on the watch

Before searching GPS, please make sure you try searching in an open space.  And do not move back and forth when positioning.  

If it doesn’t work, please try the following steps:

1. Connect the watch with Amazfit App and pull down from the home screen of the app to sync data manually. 

2. Factory reset the watch and then re-pair it to have a try.  

If the issue persists, please submit a feedback from the Amazfit App and send us the Amazfit ID to help us locate the issue.
