Why can’t I scan QR code with the APP?

If it won’t let you scan QR code, please check if you give Amazfit APP permissions to access the Camera on your mobile phone.

For Android, please go to security center or management software on your mobile phone ➡ Application management➡ Permissions ➡Amazfit APP➡ Allow Amazfit APP access “camera permission”.

For iOS , please go to mobile phone settings ➡ Privacy ➡Camera ➡ Amazfit APP➡ Allow Amazfit APP access “camera permission”.
