Why can’t my Stratos receive phone call notifications?
A. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile phone.
C. Check if you enable Silent mode. Please disable it if enabled.
D. Make sure your phone notification bar is functioning.
E. For Android mobile device, please enable auto-start and lock Amazfit App in the "recent Apps"/ "App overview" plane.
F. Open Amazfit app,tap on “more”, tap on “test notification” and tap on ‘incoming call’ to check if your watch vibrates when you receive a phone call.
If it vibrates, please submit feedback and report error. If it can’t vibrate, please contact customer service.
